Nandlal Decor – Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Nandlal Decor. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Custom-made or personalized products
Sale or clearance items
Opened or damaged décor items caused by improper handling
3. Return Process
